A few things worth knowing.
Will this fix every repaired display?+
No. The app helps with sleep behavior when a usable angle signal is available. It does not repair the display, remove pairing checks or change Apple firmware.
Can I work with the lid closed?+
Normal keep-awake sessions prevent idle sleep. They do not guarantee closed-lid operation. Advanced closed-lid mode is not part of the current supported release.
Is it a subscription?+
No. USD 29.90 once for one Mac, including 1.x updates. Try the app for 7 days before purchasing.
Does it upload my sensor readings?+
The native app keeps diagnostics locally. This website uses an account session and Stripe to manage purchases. It does not read your Mac address or lid sensor.
Do I need a kernel extension?+
No. The current helper runs in user space. A separate system service remains an uninstalled, read-only prototype.
