Your Mac is personal. Your data should be, too.

This site stores your account details, password hash and session records, order amounts and currency, Stripe order/payment references, refund and purchase entitlement history, and signed device-license records when you use these features. Hardware activation submits a public key and proof, not the hardware private key. Stripe handles card information; this product does not store card numbers or CVC. Refunds and signing out do not delete order history. The website cannot access your MAC address, serial number or lid angle. No advertising or optional analytics are enabled. Native diagnostics stay local unless you choose to share a report. For privacy questions or a data-access/deletion request, contact support@maclidclose.com. Requests are reviewed manually; contacting support does not itself delete records. Order and license records currently have no automatic deletion schedule.
